Docplanner’s insurance portal had become fragmented over time, making it difficult for doctors to activate the insurances they support across multiple clinics — and in turn, limiting patients’ ability to book visits covered by their plans.

I led the end-to-end redesign of this experience, working closely with multiple development teams to untangle complex legacy back-end dependencies and create a unified, intuitive flow. The new experience gives doctors a clear, consistent way to manage their insurance settings, increasing activation rates and visibility while improving access for insured patients.

By simplifying the setup process and aligning multiple back-end systems, activation time for doctors was reduced by more than 40%, and insurance visibility across clinics significantly improved
